- What is the data delay for options
data provided by OptionCharts.io?

Our options data is 15 minutes delayed and updated at least every 10 minutes throughout the day during US
trading
hours (9:30 am to 4 pm Eastern Time (ET) on weekdays).
- Do you offer a real-time options
plan?

No, we currently only support 15-minute delayed options. We plan to offer a real-time options data plan in
the future.
- How often is open interest data
updated?

Unlike option volume and option prices, open interest data is only updated once a day. The Options
Clearing Corporation (OCC) provides
the updated figures from the previous day's settlement each morning. For instance, the open interest data
displayed on a Friday morning represents the trading activity from Thursday. You can find the updated
open interest data on OptionCharts.io by 9:45 am ET.
- What types of payment forms do you

We partner with Stripe for payment processing. We accept all major credit cards and digital wallets.
- How do I cancel my subscription,
view invoices, or update my payment method?

Please log in to your account and go to
optioncharts.io/profile.
From there, click 'Manage Your Subscription' and follow the instructions to access the Stripe customer
portal.
We use Stripe's customer portal to allow you to self-manage your billing in one place. The customer portal
allows you to:
- Cancel a subscription
- View invoices
- Update payment methods
- Update billing information
- Can I cancel my subscription at any
time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will last until the end of the
current billing period.
